How long does it take to prepare a design map?
The waiting time for a design map is usually up to 3 weeks. It mainly depends on how quickly the district surveying documentation centre provides the required source materials.
What documents are needed for land subdivision?
The basic documents are a copy of the land and mortgage register and an extract from the land register. Depending on the subdivision mode, additional administrative decisions may be required, and we will explain this during a free consultation.
Where do you provide your services?
